I forgot my password. How can I login?
--> If you have lost your password, you can ask for a new one by clicking the "lost your password?" link on the login page.
If you do not receive any message, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
I want to modify my password!
--> You have to log on with your original login and password. Then, Click « my account » on the top and you will be able to change your password by following the instructions.
What is the deadline for submission?
--> The end of submission is 15 May, 2017 extended to 22 May, 2017 at 23:59 CEST (Central European Summer Time).
I have difficulties to submit my case. Instructions do not appear to my screen!
--> In order to take full advantages of the online case electronic submission form system, your browser must allow acceptance of cookies, pop-up and javascript controls. We also highly recommend that you use Internet Explorer 8+, Chrome 5+, Safari 5+ or Firefox 3.6.
I cannot see the button "upload" at the last step to upload my file.
--> Your computer must be equiped by Flash player in order to upload your file.
Can I revise my case after it has been submitted?
--> You can modify your case untill the last day of submission.
In order to modify your case, please click on the button "modify" 
and follow each step as you did for submitting. Change the information you want to modify, then don’t forget to click on the SAVE button to register your changes.
--> Once the submission closed, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to: support-esmint@europa-organisation.com
I would like to delete my case / cancel my submission.
--> Click on the delete button. You will receive an automatic email as confirmation of your cancellation.
You will be able to delete it untill the last day of submission. Past this delay, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to: support-esmint@europa-organisation.com
When will I know if my case has been accepted by the scientific committee?
--> Results will be available end of June. You will be able to consult them directly on this online cases submission system with login and password used for submission.
Information will be sent only to the « contact », to the e-mail address registered as login. As such, please make sure that the contact information is up to date.
I need more information about the congress.
--> The preliminary programme of the congress along with details regarding the meeting (housing, registration, general information...), are available on the Congress website: http://www.esmint.com/
My question does not appear in the above list. Who can I contact ?
